ACCESSING SERVICES:

Phone assessments may be scheduled with a counselor at which time an appointment for admission may also be made.  Walk-in’s are always welcome to tour the clinic, meet the staff and to begin intake paperwork. 

Same day admissions are available at some clinics; however in respect of your time we encourage you to call the nearest clinic to you for more information.

Prospective patients may access services by:

• Calling our toll free number at 1.866.840.6658 to schedule an appointment or call the location nearest to you.
• Selecting a clinic nearest you from the clinic listing page and either call for an appointment or submit the contact form to request a callback.
• Walking into any MedMark Treatment Center location and begin the intake process with a staff member.
• Obtaining a referral from a physician or other referral source.

ELIGIBILITY REQUIREMENTS:

If you meet the pre-screening requirements below, you may qualify for one of our treatment programs:

• You are 18 years of age or older
• Opioids are your primary drug
• You have been addicted to opioids for at least 12 months *

        *  There are exceptions, please call to speak with a counselor

PROGRAM FEES:

If it is determined that you would benefit from treatment, payment arrangements will be discussed prior to admission.   Forms of payment accepted include: 

• Medi-Cal
• Some private insurance carriers
• Charge card payments; Visa, MasterCard, and Discover are accepted
• Money orders and cash are accepted;  please note that personal checks are not accepted.
