Specializing in the Treatment
of Opioid Dependency & Addiction

If you’re looking for opiate addiction treatment in Fort Worth and the surrounding area you’ll find compassionate doctors, nurses, and counselors at MedMark’s Fort Worth opiate treatment program. How can you get into methadone treatment at our clinic, what does it cost, and what can you expect?

Once you’ve decided to get help, you can schedule an appointment or just stop by our opioid treatment program Monday through Friday, between 5:00 a.m. and 9:00 a.m. You’ll begin by completing the paperwork that helps us to learn about you and your specific needs. If you like, you can stop by the clinic ahead of time, pick up the paperwork, and bring it back with you. You can also email us, and we’ll send you the paperwork.  When you arrive, be sure to bring a photo ID, your insurance card, and your social security card, and avoid using any substances after midnight on your first day.

What happens next? First you’ll meet with an intake case manager, and then you’ll participate in a new patient orientation group. Assuming you meet the criteria for admission, you will begin your medication on the same day.

MedMark Treatment CenterFort Worth is the only clinic in the Southwest Fort Worth area that accepts Texas Medicaid, which covers treatment services. If you pay your fees privately, the $50 admission fee on your first day covers the intake process, your lab work and tuberculosis testing, counseling, and the first day of treatment, then a weekly or monthly payment schedule can be arranged.  To speak with a program representative call us at 817.207.8700.

Opiate addiction treatment in Fort Worth becomes vital for anyone whether he or she has abused or become dependent upon prescription medication, moved on to heroin, or is using some other opiate. Treatment includes group sessions to learn about relapse prevention, and you will meet one-on-one with a counselor to address your specific needs. We can help you if you’ve been using any of the following:

  • Heroin
  • Hydrocodone, including Vicodin, Norco, or other formulations
  • Oxycodone, including OxyContin, Percocet, or Percodan
  • Codeine, in cough syrup or pill formulations
  • Fentanyl or Duragesic patches
  • Other opiates

Don’t wait to get started. We offer services that are flexible to your needs because we understand how difficult it is to make the commitment to start an addiction treatment program. And, it’s entirely confidential. Call now, 817.207.8700, or stop by and speak with the Program Director.

Thank You MedMark
“Being on methadone helped me stop using heroin. It gave me my life back. I used to see people around me going to work, spending time with their families and grandchildren and wish that I could do the same. Now that I've been sober for a year, I can do that too.”
